We are only able to assist you if you live in Oregon (also CA, NY, CT, MA, and GA for adult speech, voice, and language only). If you live in another state, go to asha.org to find an SLP near you, if you live in another country, contact your speech pathology association. Thank you!
If you live in Oregon and want to initiate an evaluation, a great way to do this is to have your doctor send us a referral to fax number 1-833-262-1495.
