Seeking Talented SLP!




Type: Part-time (3-7 hours per week)

Salary: Dependent upon experience


Description-

We are looking for an independent, well-rounded, and motivated therapist to join our team; there is the potential to grow into a full-time position. As a member of this growing practice, the SLP will have the opportunity to continue developing our community programs and partner relationships and to have flexibility and creativity. We have initiated SPEAK OUT!® and the new SLP would become certified in this approach.

The SLP will be expected to learn and maintain best coding and documentation practices that improve reimbursement. They will adhere to ASHA’s code of ethics and scope of practice, as well as use evidence-based treatments in order to provide relevant and high-quality services.


Preferred Qualifications-

-Two years-experience working with the adult population in an outpatient or private practice setting

-Areas of specialty (e.g., AAC, cognition, TBI, aphasia, etc.)

-Experience with diverse client populations

-Second language competency

-Willingness to participate in community and marketing events

-Professional communication style and organizational skills

-Reliable

-Willingness to evolve skills and pursue professional growth


Requirements-

- Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program

-ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence

-Oregon License in Speech-Language Pathology

-One year experience working with the adult population

-Two professional references
